I cannot say enough great things about our experience! Not only was the food amazing, our server Javier was top notch! He tended to all our needs and we didn’t need to ask for anything. Highly recommend!

El Paso is hands down our favorite spot to dine! Not only is it conveniently close to where we live, but the service is consistently outstanding. Javier, in particular, stands out—his exceptional customer service and friendly demeanor make every visit memorable. He always goes above and beyond, remembering us each time we come in. As for the food, it’s fantastic! Our go-to favorites are yhe con queso for appetizer and then the enchiladas, chimichangas, chori mixto, and Jose's Mariachi Burrito. And the drinks? Simply amazing. The margaritas are a must-try—we always get the large size, and they’re worth every penny. Our favorites are the pomegranate, sangrita, Cadillac, mango, and pina colada margaritas. Every visit feels like a treat, and we always leave looking forward to the next one! Highly recommend!

Our daughter recently graduated from college and when we asked her where she'd like to go to eat and celebrate right after the ceremony she selected this restaurant. You know how much we love to try new places so we we were game. She rode with a friend (boyfriend but my husband can't accept it yet - story for a whole other day). Let's stay focused here. We were supposed to meet them but they went to a different location so we decided to sit down and order while waiting for them to arrive. Yes we ordered for them as well - we weren't going to be rude and the restaurant was closing in a little bit as well. Idalia was our waitress and she was very kind and helpful. She welcomed us in with a warm sweet smile and answered all questions we had while also helping us to make selections that suited our individual tastes that evening. Prior to our meals arriving she brought some of the best salsa I've ever tasted at a Mexican restaurant, complete with chips and an excellent Margarita, which our son helped me drink. My husband ordered the Chori-Mixto so did our daughter's "friend". I ordered Steak, Chicken and Shrimp Fajitas add cheese on the side. Our son ordered the Quesadilla and our daughter ordered the Birria Tacos . Our daughter and her friend arrived before the food was delivered to the table and we were all able to eat, celebrate her achievements and be merry together. The food was excellent and very flavorful. It arrived accurate to our order, fresh and hot - just as you'd expect. Don't you just LOVE how Fajitas come sizzling on a hot plate?!? YUMMY!!! Everyone enjoyed their meal immensely. We all asked for "to go" containers because although the food was excellent, the portions were huge and we couldn't eat it all in one sitting. That's another amazing thing about this restaurant, you get a huge portion, which offers a lot of value for the money. The bathrooms were being cleaned and I got up a couple of times to go but they were still working on them. Idalia noticed and came to the table letting me know I could go in. She was attentive to all details of our visit, which we all really appreciated. We truly had an excellent experience with her. The restaurant is very well maintained and beautiful. From the furniture to the art on the walls, all were individual works of art and beautiful. The decor is colorful, bright and it holds a lot of talent and history from various artisans. Well let me wrap this review up by saying we had an excellent visit here all the way around. This is definitely one of the best experiences I've ever encountered at a Mexican restaurant - or any restaurant, for that matter. From the waitress, to the food, to the visual artistry, to the value for the money - all was AMAZING! They offer outdoor seating options, plenty of parking, a full service bar and a variety of menu offerings to suit every taste. What more could you want? Give this place a prompt visit and make sure to treat Idalia right when you go. The whole staff is wonderful and you'll have an excellent culinary adventure. I stopped by for an early happy hour. Sat outside on a beautiful day. Enjoyed it to the fullest! Everything was just amazing. The food was good, drinks good and my waitress was very happy to serve me. If you like Mexican you will likely love this place. Prices were fair for our new reality in pricing. If you don’t like the prices vote red next time. The blue team busted the budget by a mere 2 trillion. Have a good time!

This is our go to Mexican place in Alexandria VA. We have been coming here for 15 years. It is always exciting to go here when we're in town. The servers are attentive and treat everyone equally and well! I had been to a 100 restaurant in Harrisburg where I experienced the worst service where the white woman was bending over backwards for white clients and would not give us water for 20 minutes until the very end when I had to holler at her! El Paso and most restaurants do not do this! They're equal opportunity for everyone,lol! I love this restaurant so much. The atmosphere, the service and the food. They don't charge for their chips and salsa and give us refills all the time. Last time they gave us enough to take home along with my dad's soda. Food tastes awesome and very reasonable prices! This is why you have everyone of all walks of life from Congress people to regular Joes coming here.

We stopped for a quick lunch on our way home from Mount Vernon. What a pleasant surprise. The service was great, and the food was not only delivered quickly but tasted wonderful. There was so much of it we were not sure we could eat it all. But we did! We arrived just before noon, and the place filled quickly. It was the weekend, and there appeared to be many family gatherings.

The absolute best food out there. There is one place I dream of eating it’s El Paso. Portions are huge and prices are very fair. A must visit. Have been there tons of times and have been through the majority of menu. Nothing is bad!

We have only picked up from this location of El Paso, so I cannot comment on the service and atmosphere, but I have excellent things to say about my experience. They always get the order right - they repeat it back to you over the phone and when you pick up to ensure that. The food is also excellent and ready right on time. The pricing is pretty reasonable as well. We've been looking for a good Mexican restaurant in the area for a while and have finally found our go-to spot! The only downsides are that online ordering never seems to work, pricing is slightly higher when you order over the phone than what is presented online for some reason, and the place is always packed so parking is very difficult.
